We didn’t have any experience with outsourcing of programming work, and our culture was always to do all the development in-house. We also had a large amount of legacy-codes which aren’t easily transferable from one to the other.

The main factor was the flexibility (extremely quick start and completion of project). As well as a professional work mentality (we could follow everything up perfectly, got updates regularly, our questions were followed -up, etc.)

Thanks to this project, Excellent was one of the first (or even the first) in Belgium, to get this project, in association with a vendor, live. Because of the integration in our system everything is now seamless.
